Late News 05/07 Porthgwarra: Bee-eater between Porthgwarra and Roskestal in the morning.
Rinsey Head: So far this year there have been four different French ringed birds in the colony, one certainly breeding, though the others may be ‘squatters’. There has also been another at Towan Head. There have been just 6 previous records of French-ringed Kittiwakes in Cornwall according to BTO. (M Grantham)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 4 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 2 Cormorant, 2 Mute Swan, 2 Canada Geese, 1+ Greylag, 26 Mallard, 6 Moorhen plus 2 chicks, 1 Common Sandpiper, 1 Reed Bunting, 1 ad male Stonechat, Sedge Warblers, Reed Warblers and 2 Cetti’s Warbler. (D Parker)

Drift Reservoir: (CBWPS members only): 2 Mute Swan, 155 Canada Geese, 21 Greylag, 15 hybrid geese, 27 Mallard, 5 Call Duck, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Cormorant (1 showing characters of ssp sinensis), 1 Grey Heron, 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 Buzzard, 1 Stock Dove, 2 Reed Warbler, 3 Sedge Warbler and 2+ Whitethroat. Rock: 22 Med Gulls (8 ad, 6 2s, 6 1s & 2 juv) and 9 Sandwich Terns offshore. (D Julian)

Cot Valley: A totally unconfirmed report of an unseasonal Yellow-browed Warbler by the sewerage pump house.
