Late news 22/1, Hayle Estuary RSPB: 12 Grey Plover and 3 Knot. (S Turner)

Stithians Reservoir: 1 Slavonian Grebe, 2m 5f Shoveler and on S cut-off feeders  2f 1m Reed Bunting and 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker. (D Jenkins)

Malpas, Truro river: 3 Avocet. Also private garden, Malpas: 2 f/juv Blackcap feeding regularly plus one m. occasionally and 2 Siskin. (A Hill)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 6 Goosander (inc 2m), 2 Pintail (inc 1m), 3 Mediterranean Gull, 2 Greenshank, 3 Grey Plover, 31 Ringed Plover, 1 Sanderling, 200+ Dunlin, Golden Plover & Lapwing. Penzance: 1 ad Pacific Diver, 22 Great Northern Diver and 1 Slavonian Grebe offshore. (M Elliot)

Helston: 1 Siberian Chiffchaff at the sewage works. (Sennen Cove Birdwatching)

Crugmeer: 2 Lapland Bunting in a mixed flock of Skylark and Corn Bunting. (D Julian)

College Reservoir: 1 Yellow-browed Warbler and 2 1w Scaup still.

Dozmary Pool: 1 Lesser Scaup still.

Torpoint, Kingsmill Lake: 1 m American Wigeon.

Camel Estuary, Old Town Cove: 1 ad Yellow-legged Gull. (D Julian)

Falmouth, town: 2 Black Redstart (Beacon Road and Florence Place). (S Perfect + D Chaney)

Godrevy: 1 juv Glaucous Gull at the lighthouse until c14:00 when it flew towards St Gothian. (T McGowan)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 2 Mute Swan, 10 Mallard, 19 Teal, 4 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, 3 Little Grebe, 9 Moorhen, 2 Snipe, 3 Chiffchaff and 1 Cetti’s Warbler. (DK Parker)
