Boscawen Park to Malpas: 32 Shelduck, 15 Redshank, 13 Teal, 2 Whimbrel, 3 Curlew, 2 Oystercatcher, 3 Black-tailed Godwit (one in full summer plumage), 1 Greenshank, 5 Cormorant, 6 Grey Heron, 1 Little Egret, plus 1 Chiffchaff singing at Boscawen Duck Pond. (A Nicholson)
