Nanjizal: 184 ringed on private site. Migrants included, 35 Willow Warbler, 76 Sedge Warbler, 36 Common Whitethroat, 7 Reed Warbler, 7 Grasshopper Warbler and 5 Chiffchaff. (K Wilson)

Higher Bochym: 8 Crossbills including at least 1 male, 1 female and juveniles. (K Dalziel and J Hawkey)

Stithians Reservoir: 3 Lapwing, 6 Coot, 1 Little Egret, 4 Grey Heron,1 Teal, 5 Moorhen, 21 Canada Goose, 1 Greylag Goose, 4 Little Grebe, 1 Great Black-backed Gull, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 20+ Herring Gull, 6 Great Crested Grebe. 4 Jay, 3 juvenile Great Spotted Woodpecker, 1 pair of Blackcap, 1 Reed Bunting, a family of Long-tailed Tit of various ages.(S Williams)

Walmsley Reserve: Juvenile Marsh Harrier briefly mobbed by Peregrine at 07.30, but continued to hunt after Peregrine gave up. Also, 4 Green Sandpiper, 1 Greenshank, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 3 Gadwall, c40 Swift, 3+ Sedge Warbler. (J St Ledger)

Lower Tamar Lake: 2 Common Sandpiper on the weir, 2 Willow Tit at the hide, 2 Mute Swan, 21 Canada Goose, 3 Moorhen, 2 Coot, 26 Mallard, 4 Great Crested Grebe. (R Mudge)

Late news, 1/8, Mermaid pelagic: 1 Wilson’s Petrel (3.5 miles south of Porthgwarra), also 2-3 Storm Petrel, 1 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Great Skua and 1 juv Yellow-legged Gull. (M Elliot)
