Tresillian: 19 Cattle Egret on the high tide roost at Tresemple Pond this afternoon. (E Drury) Also reported, 62 Curlew, 51 Redshank, 6 Greenshank, 5 Dublin, 1 Common Sandpiper, 47 Shelduck, 38 Teal, 33 Mute Swan, 3 Little Egret, 2 Grey Heron, plus 9 Cattle Egret dropped in to Tresemple Pool at 5pm to roost. Malpas: Black Redstart (m) and 3 Chiffchaff fly catching on and from south-facing roof at entrance to Malpas village. More than 30 Swans still congregating daily on Tresillian between Malpas and St Clement. 5 Blackcap 3m, 1f, and up to 6 Siskin coming regularly to our feeder. (A Hill)
