The female Merlin was dashing about after Meadow Pipits and Rock Pipits. On the sea there was a steady flow of Kittiwakes, 2 Balearic Shearwaters and 14 Manx Shearwater. (G Hayman)

Praa Sands: 50+ Raven possibly mostly juvenile, flocking together, rolling, tumbling and calling over Sydney Cove early this morning. Largest flock i’ve seen here in many years. (J Evans)

Portscatho: at least 6 different Firecrests today. 64 Mediterranean Gull, 3 of which colour ringed. (A Roberts)

Downderry: 460+ Kittiwake before 0845. Also odd Mediterranean Gull and Common Gull. Kestrel and Sparrowhawk in afternoon. (A Payne)
