Portscatho: Adult Ring-billed Gull in Gerrans Bay from Portscatho. Chasing gulls before settling on the water. Did not join the main gull flock and remained at sea. Also 4-5 Black-throated Diver and 1 Slavonian Grebe. (A Roberts)

Hayle Estuary: adult Ring-billed Gull still present, 3 (1w, subad, ad) Caspian Gull, 11+ Yellow-legged Gull, 4+ argentatus Herring Gull, 1 Whimbrel, 3 Goosander, 16 Grey Plover. (M Halliday, R Veal, N Rogers) In addition, American Golden Plover with 100+ European Golden Plover. (P Sharp) Also, 42 Common Gull, 213 Lesser Black-backed Gull, 3 Yellow legged Gull, 19 Mediterranean Gull (including white plastic ring on right leg 3XP6), 14 Grey Plover,1f Peregrine Falcon, 1 Sparrowhawk, (successfully predating a Redshank on the second attempt) and 1 Kingfisher in the harbour.
