Nanquidno: Good thrush and starling movement first light to approx. 9am with most flocks appearing to come in of the sea; 30+ Song Thrush, 30+ Blackbird,  50+ Redwing, 3 Fieldfare, 1 Ring Ouzel, 3 Mistle Thrush, Also c.1000 Starling in small groups, 100+ Skylark, Firecrest in pines opposite mill, 4 Chough. Also 52 Lapwing, 3 Golden Plover, 3 Snipe, 30 Skylark, 1 Woodlark in fields between Boscreagan Farm & Cot Valley. (A Rosier)

St Gothian Sands LNR: 1 ad Whooper Swan (MJ Spicer, J Bowen), 1 Pink-footed Goose, 1 ad + 1 1w Coot, 3 Mediterranean Gull and 1 Common Gull. (MJ Spicer)

Rosudgeon:  200+ Starlings on power lines (and feeding on palm trees) (A James)

Hayle Estuary RSPB, Lelant Saltings: 1 imm Spoonbill nr Tempest, 2 Grey Plover, 17 Bar-tailed Godwit, 41 (37 ad, 3 2w, 1 1w) Med Gull. Carnsew Pool: 1 Great Crested Grebe, 1 2w Common Gull, 3 Knot, 1 Ringed Plover. (R Veal) 1 Spoonbill and 2 Red-breasted Merganser on estuary side of pool. (J Bowen) Plus 1 Red Kite 1 mile south of here on the Helston road.

Pendeen: 1 Redwing, 1 Peregrine, 1 Raven, 2 Chough, 1 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 1 Stonechat, 10 Meadow Pipits, 6 Goldfinches,1 Pied Wagtail,1 Chiffchaff (A Hartley) Plus 1 Short-eared Owl over fields to the lighthouse.

Treverva: 10 Fieldfare (D Chaney)

Stithians Reservoir: 5 Shoveler, 46 Wigeon (J Chapman)

Lands End: 2 Swallow, 2 Yellow-browed Warbler, good numbers of Redwing and Fieldfare, 2 Chiffchaff. (B Toms, M Curtis)

Land’s End/St. Just Airfield: 1 female Merlin. (D Chown)

Nanjizal:1 Ring Ouzel, 1 Short-eared Owl in off the sea, 2 Chough mid-morning. (D Rimes)

Porthgwarra: 7 Eurasian Golden Plover and 2 Short-eared Owl in heather on moor by dry stone wall. (D Rimes) Also 1 Ring Ouzel at Trevean and 1 Barnacle Goose still at Faraway Cottage (M Wallace) and 1 Water Pipit reported.

Cape Cornwall: 2nd-winter Yellow-legged Gull. (D Chown)

Sennen: 2 Yellow-browed Warbler at Mayon Farmhouse.

Kenidjack: 1 Siberian Chiffchaff and 1 poss eastern Lesser Whitethroat.

Marazion: 2 Firecrest, 1 Yellow-browed Warbler and Swallow at Plain an Gwarry. Also 2 pale-bellied Brent Goose. (D Balmer)

Camel Estuary: 1 Dalmatian Pelican still viewable from the Camel Trail c.800m from Wadebridge.

Rame Head: 1 Richard’s Pipit flew over Military Road, also 1 Woodlark in field with the grave opposite Coastguard Cottages at SX423489.

Penlee Point: 1 Yellow-browed Warbler, 1 Firecrest and 1 poss eastern Lesser Whitethroat.

Perranuthnoe: 1 Hudsonian Whimbrel still in Boat Cove.

Crowan Reservoirs: 3 ring Ouzel, 82 Fieldfare, 565 Redwing, 27 Blackbird, 2 Song Thrush, 1 Mistle Thrush, c150 Linnet, 39 Golden Plover, and 1 Snipe. (C Benton)
