Porthgwarra (seawatch 0700-0900): 2 Black-throated Diver, 5 Red-throated Diver, 400 Manx Shearwater, 22 Fulmar, 24 Puffin, c1,500 Auk sp. Also Black Redstart Trevean cliff and a Meadow Pipit on the moor with reddish flush on throat and breast! (D Flumm)
