Late News, 14/2 St Austell: A Jack Snipe shot on the 14/2 at St Austell had been ringed as a juvenile in August 2007 in Burgstadt, Sachhsen, Germany, more information here. The only previous Jack Snipe recovery in the county was a Dutch-ringed bird found dead at Michaelstow in January 1994. (per M Grantham)
