Birding the Lizard – Online

David has been visiting the Lizard for 25 years, and he moved the area in 2017. Since then, most of his birding has been done around the Lizard and Helford River. This talk identifies the best places to go birdwatching and is illustrated with photos of some of the rarer species that have been seen in recent years. These include seabirds that can be seen during autumn seawatches, some of the 22 species of warbler that he has seen there, as well as various other scarce species including the recent Red-flanked Bluetail.

It also touches on some of the other wildlife that help to make the Lizard such a special place to visit.
