Event is FREE. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. Limited spaces so always book in advance from Wednesday to Friday. To book please contact Rowena Castillo- Nicholls via email. connectwithnature2009@yahoo.com 

Rowena brings tea and biscuits . You are welcome to join us after the event for a cuppa or just to have a chat. Please bring your own mug/ cup 

Please check our website and social media prior to the event in case of cancellation due to weather conditions or change of date and time. Please wear suitable clothing and shoes. Bring binoculars; pen and paper to list the wildlife you see; something to sit on (optional) and sunscreen/ sunblock in the summer. 

How to get to the quay at Ruan Lanihorne

Head towards the village situated on the Roseland Penisula in Cornwall. access to this specific area is primarily by road or small watercraft, as the creek has significantly silted up over time. 

The most direct route is via the village of Tregony.

• From the A390 : Take the A3078 towards Tregony. 
• At Tregony Bridge: Look for the right- hand turning signed for Ruan Lanihorne 
• Follow the Lane : This winding road leads directly into the village. 
• Finding the Quay: The Quay area (Hyde’s Quay) is located near the foreshore.
