Graduate Conservation Fieldwork- evening talk

In collaboration with the University of Exeter, Ecosociety, at the Penryn Campus, RSPB Kernow local group will be hosting this talk on conservation fieldwork around the world.
Tim Cross volunteered for a month on Cyprus, working with fisherman to reduce marine bycatch. George Perry visited South Georgia for 8 months, braving isolation and harsh conditions to monitor the health of the marine ecosystem (penguins, petrels, elephant seals) due to the 20th century’s overexploitation of whales, fish and seals.

As with all RSPB talks, £3 for members, £5 for non-members.
