The plan is to park at Old Town Cove and walk along the Camel Trail towards Padstow and back. This should take about 2 hours. Then drive to Trewornan Manor and park and walk into Walmsley  to the new hide. Plan to stay at the hide for about 1 hour.

It is hoped to see a variety of waders and waterfowl along the estuary side of the camel trail and at Walmsley, both resident and passage specises such as Green and Wood Sandpiper, Cattle and Little Egret, Black Tailed Godwit, Greylag Geese, Shelduck , Greenshank etc.

There is also the likelihood of seeing various woodland birds in the trees and shrubbery along the opposite side of the Camel Trail.
