Grampound Road: Black Redstart for 46 (Rob Nicholls)

Feock: Lucky enough to hear Skylark singing while I was out in the garden this morning. I think that takes my total to 33. (Bec Penny)

Liskeard: There have been no new species to list for weeks, however the garden is still full of birds – 7 different species all at one time yesterday. No mean feat for a small, edge of town garden! Siskins and goldfinches still visit in numbers, (5 siskins on the feeders as I write), as does the Male blackcap, who is sporting a bright yellow, pollen-covered head! I’d love to know what he’s feeding on. (Deena Sharp) Gardenlisting eds – This could well be Mahonia, a winter-flowering plant with yellow flowers and a good nectar source.

Praa Sands: Number 50 today, just leaving the garden when I heard the distinctive call, stepped back from the gate to watch a pair of Chough fly over towards Hoe Point. Later located them feeding in some fields up there. (Matt Southam)
