Personal Privacy Data Regulations – in line with new laws brought into effect midnight May 24th 2018.

“The personal data of Society members is held on the CBWPS Database for Society purposes only so that we can provide services in accordance with our Membership Terms and Conditions. We do not share personal data, except in the case of name and address which are supplied to the distributors of the quarterly newsletter and annual report. Data is deleted on termination of membership, except in relation to Gift Aid Declarations which are required to be held for six years. Members can request a copy of their own personal data held by the Society and this will be provided in Microsoft Excel Format or in hard copy if so desired. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to see a copy of the information held. The Society will occasionally contact members by email about news and events relevant to their membership.”
