Hayle Estuary 9:00 to 11:00: 1 Spoonbill on Ryan’s Field, 2 Swallow, 5 Common Gull, 1 Whimbrel, 2 Bar-tailed Godwit with 150 Herring Gull, 30 Great Black-backed Gull, 20 Lesser Black-backed Gull. (A Lobb)

St Ives Island 12:15 to 14:00: 1 Great Skua west at 12:30 with approx 350 Manx Shearwater and 400 Guillemot, 30 Razorbill and 2 Puffin. Plus 100 Fulmar, 100 Kittiwake and 100 Gannet. (A Lobb)

Hayle, Ryan’s Field 14.30 – 15.10: 1 1st winter Danish-ringed Spoonbill V463, 1 Little Egret, 1 Greenshank, 1 Oystercatcher, 1pr Shelduck, 2pr Teal, 8 Canada Goose. (M Webb)

Walmsley Sanctuary: 1 Great White Egret, 1 Spotted Redshank, 1 Ruff, 1 Knot, 2 Redshank, 3 Greenshank, 65 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Barnacle Goose, 2 Greylag Goose, 1 m Garganey, 4 Little Grebe, 2 Moorhen, 2 Coot, 1 m Sparrowhawk, 1 m Blackcap, 1 Sedge Warbler, 1 m Reed Bunting, 1 Willow Warbler, 150+ Hirundine. Rejerrah: 1 large active Rookery.(S Grose)
