Porth Reservoir: Night Heron showed well then climbed into tree, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Common Sandpiper, 6 Mistle Thrush, Great Crested Grebe with 1 young, 1 Buzzard, 2 Swift, few Swallows, House Martins and Sand Martins, lots of young Moorhens and Coots. (D Dennis)

Chynhalls Point, Coverack, 07:15-08:45: Hundreds of birds attracted to a large shoal of tuna ‘boiling’ on the surface, including 3 Cory’s Shearwater, 1 Sooty Shearwater and 80+ Manx Shearwater; 23 Mediterranean Gulls, 1 Whimbrel, 45 Manx Shearwater, 60 Gannet, 5 Fulmar and 25 auk sp. moved S., 1 Green Woodpecker present on the cliffs, 1 Minke Whale blew several times and showed well once as it broke the surface, and 20+ Common Dolphins.  (D Wood)
