Downderry: moving west, 0545-0730, were 7 Great Northern Diver (another on the sea), 20 Gannet, at least 160 Manx Shearwater, a Curlew and 7 Kittiwake.  (A Payne)

Kit Hill – north slope: 2 Tree Pipit9 Wren; 3 Robin; 2 Stonechat; 6 Blackbird; 1 Song Thrush; 1 Garden Warbler; 10 Willow Warbler; 2 Chiffchaff; 3 Blackcap; 2 Great Tit; 1 Blue Tit; 3 Chaffinch; 3 Linnet; 2 Yellowhammer. ( A. Parker )

Retyn, private garden: 2+3 Jackdaw only fledglings so far, 2 Swallow nesting in garage, m+f Great Spotted Woodpecker, 2 Rook, c6 House Sparrow, 1 Dunnock, 1 Great Tit, 2 Blue Tit, m+f Blackbird, 2 Goldfinch, 1 Greenfinch rare visitor here. (S Ashby)

East Pentire, Newquay (6am -7am):  1,000’s Manx Shearwaters (70-80 per minute), 1 Great Northern Diver in near Summer plumage feeding just offshore. 27 Kittiwakes, 33 Gannets. (D Grose)

Hayle Estuary: 30 Shelduck + 2prs with 8 & now 3 ducklings, 3 Black headed Gull, Curlew 7C still present. (S Grose)

Hayle Harbour: 1 pr Oystercatcher with 2 juv on roof next to Philps. (S Grose)

Copperhouse Creek: 2 prs Shelduck with 8 +7 ducklings, 1 Song Thrush, 9 Linnet, 3 Greenfinch. (S Grose)

St Gothian Sands LNR: 1pr Little Grebe feeding 2 juv, 1pr Tufted Duck with 4 juv,1 White Wagtail, 100+ Sand Martin. (S Grose)

Polbathic Creek: 2 Mute Swan + 9 cygsnet, 1 month on (1 lost overnight 30/31st). Also: 6 Blue Tit, 1 juv. Robin, 3 Blackbird, 3 Dunnock, 2 Chaffinch, 6 Goldfinch, 2 Siskin, 3 Great Tit, 1 Coal Tit, 7 Long-tailed Tit, 4 Jackdaw, 4 Rook, 3 Woodpigeon, 1 Jay, 1 Wren, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker + 1 juv.
