St Gothian Sands LNR: 1 Buzzard, 19 Canada Geese, 2 Coot, 1 Dunlin,  1 Dunnock,  9 GBB Gull, 6 Herring Gull,  1 Hobby (through at approx 11.30), 4 Linnet, 1 Little Egret,  3 Little Grebe, 2 Magpie, 9 Mallard, 1 Mute Swan, 40+ Sand Martin,  1 Skylark, 3 Stonechat, 1 Swallow,  11 Tufted Duck, 1 Wren. Trerice: Grasshopper Warbler reeling and seen at close range near farm called Trerice 3 towards Trerice Manor. Also Red Kite over Rejerrah at 15.00 (C & J Keast)

Devoran, Tallack’s Creek: 8 Whimbrel, 6 Bar-tailed Godwit (1 in near-summer plumage), 5 Dunlin, 2 Turnstone, 1 pair Canada Geese with 7 young. (J St Ledger)

Upper Tamar Lake: 2 Grey Heron, 1m Stone Chat, 2 Chiffchach. (R Mudge)

Lower Tamar Lake: 1 Willow Tit, 2 Great Crested Grebe, 2 Grey Wagtail (adult feeding a juv), 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 Tufted Duck 1m 1f, 1m Reed Bunting. (R Mudge)

Truro: 2 Osprey flying south over Newbridge Truro. Heading in direction of Malpas (T Chipman)

Pendennis Head, Falmouth: Great Northern Diver doing laps of Falmouth Bay. Flew strongly towards St Anthony’s in Meanage then far out sea before circling back round and heading up the River Fal at 17:45. Also 8 Gannet, Rock pipit, Sandwich Terns and a Mallard (T Weston and C Foote)

Pentire Head: 9 Whimbrel, 1 Wheatear in field on way up to Pentire Head from New Polzeath (grid reference SW 92757 80221), also another Wheatear on isthmus to Rumps (grid reference SW 93381 80965) (M Witcomb) 11 Whimbrel (M Whitcomb, P Plant)

Marazion Marsh: Fem Marsh Harrier, 3 Red Kite, Pr. Mute Swan with 8 cygnets. (S Cox)

Callestick: 12 Red Kite over this afternoon including 7 at 4pm. Also, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Grey Heron, 3 Stock Dove and 5 House Martin. (T Wilson)

St Mawgan: 2 Red Kite over St Mawgan mid afternoon heading slowly towards Newquay. (L Curry)

Penryn: 10 Red Kite; flock of 9 west then 1 more west a few min later. (J Holmes)

The Rumps: 1 Red Kite over the Rumps, moving up the coast to Port Isaac. (R Eastmond)
