Lethytep: Squacco Heron still present but left the site and flew high in a southerly direction at 11.19am.  (P Hambly, A Lea)

Access is permitted today as long as visitors follow these instructions: When entering Lethytep, follow sign and park in the first field on the right. Then follow the mown path down to fence line to view ponds. Access is permitted in return for generous cash donations to Cancer Research UK, which will be made on site.

Hayle Estuary RSPB: Bonaparte’s Gull. 1st summer off the causeway. (Birdguides) Osprey over at 11:30 ( A Price)

Foxhole: 3 Pochard, 1 drake Ring-necked Duck, Female Mallard with 7 ducklings.(B Bosisto)

Walmsley Sanctuary: 1 Garganey. (Birdguides)

Pendeen: Wood Warbler in churchyard. (Birdguides)

Washaway, Wadebridge: 1 Red Kite. (S Marquis)

Gannel Estuary: 1 Greenshank, 9 Dunlin, 3 Whimbrel. (S Rowe)

Porthgwarra: 1 Pomarine Skua (adult, pale phase, with “spoons”), 4 Sandwich Tern, 37 Whimbrel (all west, 1600-1700)(N R Rogers)

Bartinney: 1 Red Kite (N R Rogers)

Godolphin Hill: 2 Red Kite quartering the land surrounding Rainbows End Nursery. (S Yandall)

Trescowe: Red Kite between Trescowe and Newtown. (S Yandall)

St Columb  – Indian Queens. Red kite flew over A39 at 12.30pm. (E Turnbull)

Jubilee Pool, Penzance: 44 Purple Sandpiper, 1 Turnstone, 2 Sandwich Tern, 8 Manx Shearwater (Paul St Pierre)

Crugmeer: 1 Red Kite over. (S Lilley)

Par, Spit beach car park: 4 Red Kite over, east. (R Hampshire)

St Germans: 2 pair Little grebe on St Germans estate lake. (C Buckland)
