Bosporthennis Common: 1 sub-ad male Montagu’s Harrier still 4.20pm.  Also, 1 Black Kite and 1 Red Kite over, 2 Cuckoo, 1 Kestrel, 1 Swift and 1 Roe Deer. (S Rogers, J St Ledger, J Hawkey)

Woon Gumpus: 1 Night Heron accidentally flushed at 06.45, flew over lip of moor. (P Combridge).

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 1 Marsh Harrier, 1 Common Sandpiper and 4 Whimbrel. (P Fraser).  Also, 1f Western Marsh Harrier, 2 Grey Heron, 4 Little Egret, 2 Mute Swan + 7 Cygnets, 22 Canada Goose 1pr with 8 goslings & 1pr with 4 goslings, 5 (4m 1f) Mallard, 3 Sedge Warbler, 3 Linnet, 1m Stonechat, 2 Dunnock 14.10 – 15.15. Loe Pool: 18 Reed Warbler, 1 Sedge Warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 5 Chiffchaff, many Blackcap, 2 Sand Martin, party of 9+ Long-tailed Tits, 1 Green Woodpecker, 2 Skylark, 6 Great Crested Grebe (one carrying 2 chicks).  Also, 1 summer-plumage Great Northern Diver off Loe Bar. (G Adams)

Carnsew Pool: 2 Common Sandpipers, 2 Bar-tailed Godwits, 4 Whimbrel. (L Colliver)

Looe Island: 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, 4 Whimbrel, 4 Dunlin, 10 Sanderling, 4 Turnstone, 25 Oystercatcher, and 3 Oystercatcher nests with eggs. (D Spooner)

Late submission, 9/5, Penryn ASDA: 2 Red Kite flushed all the gulls at 16:54. Later, 4 colour ringed Herring Gulls seen. (T Weston and C Foote).
