St Levan: 1 Ortolan Bunting in 2nd weedy field from church car park.

Porth Reservoir: 1st summer Night Heron still present this evening. Also 5 Green Sandpiper, 1 Water Rail, 2 Teal. (S Rowe)

Newquay, East Pentire: 1 fem/juv Marsh Harrier flew west low over the sea at 08.20. Also 7 Sandwich Tern, 12 Redshank, 15 Oystercatcher, 5 Turnstone and 75 small waders (Dunlin and Sanderling) early am. (S Rowe, D Grose). Presumed same Marsh Harrier over St Agnes Head. (D Curtis)

St Just: 1 Osprey flew E over about 11 am. (F Hawkins)

Stithians Hutchings hide1 Osprey (fished then flew east), 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Common Sandpiper, 2 Green Sandpiper, 2 Lapwing, 3 Curlew, 70+ mixed Corvids. (P Wiltshire). Also, 45 Little Grebe, 2 Greenshank, 10 Ringed Plover, 10 Dunlin. (S Van Hear).  At Stithians Golden Lion1 Kingfisher, 3 Green Sandpiper. (P Wiltshire).  In addition, Stithians (Stuart Hutchings hide): 2 Lapwings, 2 Wood Sandpipers, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Common Sandpipers, 1 Dunlin, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Greenshank, 20+ Pied Wagtails, 2 Little Egrets and many (60+) Corvids including Rooks and unusually almost no ducks or geese at all. Drift Reservoir (evening): 2 Wood Sandpiper, 14 Green Sandpiper, 8 Common Sandpiper, 1 Ringed Plover (ad), 2 Common Snipe, 9 Little Egret, 1 Sand Martin, 1 Grey Wagtail. (J Hawkey)

Pendeen: 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Tree Pipit, 2 Pied Flycatcher, 1 Common Nightingale (P Combridge, A Bayly).

Penzance: On board ‘Bite Adventures’ – 2 Wilson’s Petrel, 2 Fulmar, many Manx Shearwater, Gannets and Herring Gull following feeding frenzy by Common Dolphins and Blue Fin Tuna. (S Ford)
