Nanquidno Valley: 1 Purple Heron (1.35pm came in low off murky sea over coast path and seemingly confused/disoriented circled twice then landed near Nanquidno Farm then saw fly away again low up valley inland towards Lands End Airport. Also, 1 female Ring Ouzel (2pm near Boscreagan Farm), 2 Common Whitethroat, 3 Stonechat, 3 Chiffchaff (including 1 interesting pale individual), 2 Blackcap, 3 Barn Swallow, 1 Common Buzzard, 7 Linnet, 5 Goldfinch.
