Falmouth, Castle Beach: 1 Ring Ouzel, 1 Black Redstart (female), 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 Rock Pipit, 1 Robin, 10 Black-headed Gull. (R Bowyer)

Newquay, Towan Head: (08.30 to 9.30): 1 Manx Shearwater feeding offshore, 4 Red-throated Diver flying past inc 3 together, 100’s of Gannets, Kittiwakes and Auks. Also, 1 fem Black Redstart nearby. (D Grose)

Siblyback Lake: 6 Cormorant, 8 Little Grebe, 7 Coot, 3 Gadwall (2 m), 85+ Teal, 22 Tufted Duck. (K Pellow)

Seaton: 4 Common Gull, 4 Oystercatcher, 1 drake Wigeon, 12 Moorhen, Buzzard, 2 pairs Stonechat, 1 Firecrest, 3 Chiffchaff, 21 Siskin, 3 Goldfinch, 1 male Bullfinch, 3 Blue Tit, 2 Great Tit, 1 Pied Wagtail, 3 Robin, 2 Wren, 4 Blackbird. (M & R Frost)

Wadebridge: 1 Cattle Egret flew SE over showground early am. Also, 4 Cattle Egret in field with cattle opposite Halfway house pub.(S Grose)

Rock: 3 Blackcap, 2 Greenfinch, 1 Great spotted Woodpecker at feeders in private garden. (S Grose)

Porth Reservoir: 1f Goldeneye still, 3 Gadwall, 11 Tufted Duck, 1 Little Grebe, 2 Great spotted Woodpecker, 1 f Blackcap. (S & D Grose)

Par, Spit beach: 1 Grey Plover, 1 Kingfisher, 45 Oystercatcher, very high number of Gull sp. over the bay. (R Hampshire)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: Many hundreds of Golden Plover, >200 Lapwing, >100 Dunlin, 4 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Grey Plover, 2 Goosander, 12 Shelduck, >80 Redshank, plus usual large numbers of Wigeon, Teal, Black Headed Gulls. (C Taylor)
