Pendeen: 1 adult Sooty Tern at about 0735-40. (P Combridge).  Also, 18 Sabine’s Gull, 1 Long-tailed Skua distant at 08.30, 44 Cory’s Shearwater, 5 Black Tern, 3 Storm Petrel, 5 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Balearic Shearwater, 10 Black-tailed Godwit. (S Rogers et al)

Porthgwarra (by 9:30): 229 Great Shearwater, 18 Cory’s Shearwater, 52 Sooty Shearwater, 4 Balearic Shearwater, 42 Storm Petrel, 1 Bonxie, 1 Pomarine Skua, 3 Sandwich Tern and 1 Common Scoter. (R Irvine and I Prentice)

East Pentire: 1 Cory’s Shearwater, 2 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Balearic Shearwater, 20000+ Manx Shearwater, 1 Storm Petrel, 1 Knot, 8 Dunlin, 1 Ringed Plover, 1 Turnstone, 11 Whimbrel this am. (S Rowe)

Downderry: 0655-0805, 170+ Gannet, 55 Balearic Shearwater and  c180 Kittiwake heading west. Possibly 2 Cory’s Shearwater too. 2/3 Arctic Skua, 3 Mediterranean Gull and c20 Common Tern in area. At least 300 Manx Shearwater heading east then feeding far to the south with Gannets. (A Payne)

Windmill Farm: 1 Corn Bunting in pasture between large pond and Windmill tower. (J Evans)

Mullion: 1 f Pied Flycatcher in shrub next right of building entrance of Marconi Centre. (M Williams)

Maer Lake: 118 Canada Geese, 34 Black-tailed Godwit, 15 Teal and 7 Black-headed Gull. (N Bastin)

Charlestown Harbour (10:30am): Kingfisher, circuited the outer harbour, having entered from seaward direction. (I & C Sowerby)

Porthilly Point, Camel estuary: c35 Sandwich Terns, 250+ Med gulls, 2 Shag & 1 Cormorant. (A Langdon)

Middle Amble: 4 Marsh Harrier (2ad, 2juv). (R Griffiths)

Devoran Quay: 1 Osprey. (S Ford)

Stithians, Stuart Hutchings Hide: 1 Wood Sandpiper, 5 Common Sandpiper, 1 Ringed Plover, 5 Curlew, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Buzzard. (S Ford).  Also, 4 Ringed Plover, 1 Little Ringed Plover, 1 Lapwing, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 4 Great Crested Grebe, 3 Common Sandpiper, 1 Wood Sandpiper. (A Lea)

Hayle, Ryans Field: 20+ Redshank, 1 Greenshank, 1 Knot, 1 Ruff, 2 Godwit not sure if Black-tailed or Bar-tailed. (S Ford)

Cape Cornwall Golf course: Tree Pipit 1, House Martin 50. (P Fraser)

Sennen Cove: At dusk, 26 Cory’s Shearwater very distant offshore feeding.  Also in the cove 1 Knot on Cowloe, 1 Dunlin, 1 Redshank, 10 Turnstone. (B Steel)

Crowdy Reservoir: 5 ad +2 juv Great crested Grebe, 1 Little Grebe, 8 Tufted Duck, 2 Cormorant, 3 Common Sandpiper, 1 Grey Wagtail , 2 Mistle Thrush. (S Grose)

Davidstow Woods: 6 Spotted Flycatcher and 1 Merlin (duelling at altitude), 1 Sparrowhawk through, 3 Buzzard, 1 Kestrel, 2 Blackcap, 7 Ringed Plover over, 4 Chiffchaff, 2 Dunnock, 5 Stonechat, 2 Merlin, (one with prey item then passing it to other bird), 1 Raven, 1 Harlequin Ladybird. (S Grose)
