West Penwith: 2 Black Stork over Drift Reservoir, Penzance, east of St Just and Chapel Carn Brea late pm. (L Proctor, F Hawkins, R Humphries and N Rogers).

Porth Reservoir: 1 2nd cy Black-crowned Night Heron, 1 Little Egret, 3 Grey Herons, 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Green Sandpiper, 1 Kingfisher, 2 prs Great Crested Grebes with 2 & 1 young respectively. Also,  7 Grey Heron, 10 Cormorant, 4 Kingfisher, 5 Coot, 19 Moorhen, 1 Little Egret, 2 Green Sandpiper, 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Reed Warbler, 2 Chiffchaff, 1m Bullfinch, 2 prs Great crested Grebe with 2 & 1 juvs. (S Grose)

Carlyon Bay: 1 Turtle Dove in private garden 7pm for 20 minutes. (P Blackburn)

Devoran Quay: 1 Spotted Redshank, 15 Greenshank, 50 Redshanks, 2 sp Black-tailed Godwit, 6 Whimbrel, 5 Dunlin, 3 Med Gulls and 2 Sandwich Tern at Point. (T Wilson)

Drift Reservoir: 1 Ruff and 2 Wood Sandpiper.

Maer Lake: 1 juvenile Little Ringed Plover, 1 Curlew, 2 Yellow Wagtail. (A Roberts)

Lower Tamar Lake: 1 Green Sandpiper, 12 Great Crested Grebe, 1 Grey Heron, 1 Moorhen, c 25 Mallard. (R Mudge)

Lizard Point (o8.00 – 09.25): 37 Storm Petrel, 1 Cory’s Shearwater, 1 Sooty Shearwater, 1 Balearic Shearwater, 9 Puffin. (J Jones)

Hayle Estuary: 1 Curlew with 2 yellow leg rings above the knee. Also, 1 Redshank. 2 Greater Black-backed Gull, 1 Little Egret. (S Baird). Also, RSPB Ryan’s Field HayleAt least 42 Curlew. (C Hamley)

Porthilly Point: 2prs Sand Martin still feeding young in nest burrows, 7 Sandwich Tern, 3 Ringed Plover, 1 Redshank, 3 Curlew, 45 Mediterranean Gull on sand bar, 4 Grey Heron. (S Grose)

Downderry: 0600-0740, 165 Gannet, 2 Fulmar, a Manx Shearwater, 3 Little Egret, 8 Mediterranean Gull and a Kittiwake west. 4 Common Scoter east. Also Common and Risso’s Dolphins. (A Payne)
