Note – Walmsley sanctuary: Please note there will be a student group using the tower hide on Wednesday 30th November and Wednesday 7th December from approximately 10 am until noon on both days.  This is being done under our educational access terms and members can still use the hide but be prepared for it to be busy. Nanjizal: 1 Dusky Warbler and 6 Siberian Chiffchaff ringed and released. Ringing total also included 1 Goldcrest, 25 Blackcaps, 8 Blackbirds, 3 Song Thrush and 50 Redwing. (K Wilson). Also, 1 Dusky Warbler still near Nanjizal House.

Cot Valley: 1 Little Bunting from footpath between youth hostel and Little Hendra but flew east at 09.50. (N Wheatley)

Penberth: 1 Yellow-browed Warbler by cottage with scaffolding. (B Hibbett)

Penryn: 1 Yellow-browed Warbler at Exeter Uni campus.

Lizard Point: 2 Humpback Whale ad and juv from point (13.10 – 14.45) and then from Kynance Cove (15.10).  Also, seen from a boat.  In addition, 2 Grey Seal, ~30 mixed group of Shags with a few Cormorant from Lizard Point, 6 Manx Shearwater, possibly 1 Sooty Shearwater and 1 small Adder (~2ft). St Just: 1 ringtail Hen Harrier at Truthwall Common. (M Cavell)

Stithians Reservoir, Golden Lion: 1 Little Gull, 80 Black-headed Gull. (S Van Hear, N Watmough)

Stithians Reservoir, Feeder Hide:  25 Teal, 60 Lapwing over, 6 Magpie, 4 Great Tit, 2 Blue Tit, 4 Chaffinch, 1 Robin, 1 Dunnock, 12 House Sparrow, 1m Stonechat (S Van Hear). Also, 1 m Blackcap, 2 Reed Bunting, 2 Coal Tit, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker. (R Griffiths)

Helston (private garden): 1 f Blackcap, 2 Greenfinch, Goldfinch, female Chaffinch, 3 Blue Tit, Coal Tit, Wren, Dunnock, female Blackbird and multiple House Sparrows. (S Ford)
