Windmill Farm: 1 Blyth’s Reed Warbler on and around boardwalk c.50m beyond hide, feeding in willows and calling. Showed well on and off 17:25-17:45., 2 Whinchat and 17 Wheatear (D. Wood).

St Levan: Greenish Warbler in sallow clump between Roskestal and St Levan. (M Wallace) Also Redstart, 67 Wheatear, 21 Spotted flycatcher, 30 Whinchat, 21 Willow Warbler, 4 Tree Pipit, 4 Yellow Wagtail around Porthgwarra, St levan & Skewjack. (M Wallace)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: juv Red-necked Phalarope very briefly on Carnsew Pool mid-afternoon. (M Broadbent, H Keeper, E Cornelius, D Raffle, C Smith) Also, 2 juvenile Spoonbill , 18 Knot, 7 Curlew Sandpiper, 5 Little Stint, 1 Sanderling, 1 Whimbrel, 1 Spotted Redshank, 2 Black-tailed Godwit, 5 Wheatear, 2 Common Sandpiper, 3 Kingfisher. Calstock wetland high tide roost: juv Pectoral Sandpiper, 6 Green Sandpiper, 7 Common Sandpiper, 2 Juv Greenshank, 39 Snipe, 6 Little Egret & 250+ House Martins (P Kemp)

St Gothians: 1 Glossy Ibis reported on island.

Trevose: 1 Wryneck, several whinchat, a spotted flycatcher and a common whitethroat. (M Harrison)

Walmsley (members only): 2 Hobby still feeding on Dragonflies and perching on stumps, Also female Marsh harrier close, 3 Greenshank 1 Wood sandpiper,  1 female garganey  1 female Shoveler 27 Cattle egrets. 1 juv redshank. Hayle Ryan’s Field: 1f Kingfisher, 1 Juvenile Spoonbill then flew to the Saltings,12 Bar-tailed Godwit, 3 Black-tailed Godwit, 12 Red Knot, 25+ Redshank, 12 Oystercatcher, 30+ Curlew, 2 Little Egret, 75+ Canada Goose. (M Webb) Also, Greenshank landed close in at 1.10 p.m. stayed a few minutes, very agitated, moved abruptly and repeatedly between mud and water, flew off in a southerly direction. Copperhouse Creek: Curlew, greenshank, c.30 Canada Geese, 1 Snow goose. (K Herbert)

Croft Pascoe Wood: 6 Whinchats and 8 Stonechats using fenceposts around north side of wood, 6 Chiffchaffs, 1 Willow Warbler, 1 Pied Flycatcher, 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker. (K Dalziel)

Kingsmill Lake: Osprey, 3 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 24 Dunlin, 21 Greenshank, 52+ Redshank, 101+ Curlew, 6 Wigeon, 1 Sandwich Tern & 250+ Swallow following river line (P Kemp) Osprey showing well on lake this morning diving for fish, with very little success, then perched 300 meters west of the bird hide. Also, green sandpiper, 9 common sandpiper, Redshanks, Greenshanks, 7 Black-tailed Godwit, 2 Bar-tailed Godwit, Curlew, Dunlin, Wigeon, Mallard, many House Martin and Swallow moving down estuary. Tresillian to St Clement (low tide): 1 Osprey at Tresemple Pool (14.50-15.10, one unsuccessful fishing attempt and then flew down river), 2 Common Sandpiper, 7 Greenshank, 56 Redshank, 34 Curlew, 1 Shelduck, 2 Little Egret, 1 Buzzard, and 2 House Martin coming to a nest in St Clement. Rame Head – Penlee: 1+ Ringed Plover over, 1 Common Sandpiper in East Gear , 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker , 8 Skylark , 10 Swallow, 35 Meadow Pipit , 26 alba wagtail , 1 Yellow wagtail , 44+ Wheatear , 1 Whinchat , 15 Stonechat ,2 Blackcap , 2 Whitethroat, 2Willow Warbler , 3 Chiffchaff , also 18 Clouded Yellow – 1 helici , 6 Painted Lady.
