Hayle Estuary RSPB: 2 ad Caspian Gull, ad argentatus Herring Gull, 4 Yellow-legged Gull, 5 Goosander, 2 Water Pipit. (G Lawlor) 2m Goosander, 11 Grey Plover, 1 Bar tailed Godwit, 4 Common Gull, 6 Mediterranean Gull.  Many hundreds of Gulls flushed from estuary opp Lelant station by 3 dogs entering estuary from Carnsew Pool footpath.(S Grose)

Pendeen: male Goldeneye, juvenile Glaucous Gull (P Combridge) Also Cattle Egret reported at Portheras Common.

Late news, 27/12, Lower Tamar Lake: 41 Goosander (10m 31f), 6 Willow Tit, 5 Marsh Tit, 2 Nuthatch, 6 Coot, 10 Tufted Duck, 4 Teal, 8 Long-tailed Tit, 1f Great Spotted Woodpecker.

Late news, 24/12, Coverack: First-winter Caspian Gull bearing yellow ring 06E:U ringed as a chick on 1st June 2022 in Steblova, Czech Republic, also seen at Cromer, Norfolk, on 29th July 2022 (D. Wood).
