Rock, Porthilly Point: 1 Kingfisher, 2 Redshank, 1 Greenshank, 2 Brent Goose, 1 Common Gull, 54 Mediterranean Gull, 1 Knot, 5 Curlew, 185 Oystercatcher and 241 Black-headed Gull. (S Grose)

Gannel Estuary: 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Kingfisher, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit. (S Grose)

Davidstow airfield: 3 Buff-breasted Sandpiper still.
Davidstow Airfield is an active airfield and we have been reminded that there is NO freedom to roam here and that cars must NOT drive onto the airfield at all. We have been advised that we can WALK onto the grassy areas, but not the runways. Cars should be parked alongside the road. Failure to comply, could lead to access being withdrawn altogether.

Crowdy Reservoir: 1 Spotted Sandpiper showing well on the banks of the reservoir on the north side.

Ruan Lanihorne: 1 juv Purple Heron still at Sett Bridge, plus the 2 Spoonbill. (C Hughes, B Rankine)

Penlee: Short Eared Owl high above Penlee NR being mobbed by 2 Crows at 15:00. (D Allan)

Helston Loe Pool: 11 Great Crested Grebe (D Flumm)

Cot Valley: 1 Pied Flycatcher.

Nanquidno: 1 Osprey over Nanjulian at 07:25.

Gunwalloe Fishing Cove: Kestrel, 1 White Wagtail, 2 Wheatear. (C Richards)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 2 juv Little Stint, 5 Ruff on Lelant Saltings this evening. Also 1 juv Peregrine seen to kill a Bar-tailed Godwit and was surrounded by 200+ Crows within 10 seconds. (R Veal)

St Agnes, Chapel Porth: 10:00-11.15: 1 Long-tailed Skua, 2 Arctic Skua, 1 Bonxie, 1 Skua sp, 4 Balearic Shearwater (2 very close), 3 Manx Shearwater, 400 Auk sp (mostly Razorbills), 100 Kittiwake, 3 Sandwich Tern, 1 Med Gull all flying west. In the valley 3 Goldcrest, 1 Chiffchaff, 2 Great Spotted Woodpecker and 10 Curlew over. (T Wilson)
