St Ives: 1 Hoopoe this morning in private gardens on Higher Trewidden Road. (Present here from 11 October at least).

Sancreed: 5 Golden Plover & 50 Lapwing west, 2 Siskin and an adult male Pied Wagtail yesterday and today with wing pattern like male Amur Wagtail M.a.leucopsis but sooty breast sides and flanks = British race M.a. yarrelli. (D S Flumm, A R Kitson)
