Late news, 27/5, Loe pool: 2 Cetti’s Warbler singing on the east shore. (NP Betts)

Marazion: Adult Baird’s Sandpiper on the beach (but constantly flushed by dog walkers). (B Mellow) The first spring record for Cornwall. Also  c30 Dunlin, 15 Ringed Plover, 10 Sanderling, 4 Whimbrel, 4 Turnstone and 1s Med Gull briefly. (DK Parker, S Rogers)

Hayle: Iberian Chiffchaff still at the Millpond at 06:30.

Saltash: Adult Rosy Starling still at Churchtown Farm 07:30 in the bushes by the stream.

Downderry: A Hoopoe seen at 07:05 flying low over the sea, heading inland. Also in the area 5 Whimbrel, whilst  a Great Northern Diver and 5 Manx Shearwaters flew west. (A Payne)

St Just: Turtle Dove by football club. (P Fraser)

Coverack: 25 Storm Petrel, 2 Great Skua, 1 Great Northern Diver and Lesser Whitethroat singing on the headland also 6 Small Pearl Bordered Fritillary. (A Cockroft)

Cotehele Quay: 1 calling Reed Warbler and 1 singing Marsh Tit. (R Smaldon)

Argal Reservoir: Mute Swans with 2 cygnets, 4 Great Crested Grebe (D Eva)

College Reservoir: Mute Swans with 3 cygnets, pair of Grey Heron nesting (D Eva)

Croft Pascoe: 4 Spotted Flycatcher, 20 Siskin, Coal Tit and Great Spotted Woodpecker both feeding young in nest holes (D Eva) In addition, 2 Cuckoo and 1 Chiffchaff. (S Van Hear)

Croft Pascoe Pool: 2 Cuckoo, 5 Sand Martin, House Martin plus 4-Spotted Chasers and Emperor Dragonflies (S Van Hear)

Boat Cove: 3 Dunlin, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 6 Whimbrel, 2 Ringed plover and 15 Turnstone. (S Rogers)

Minions: 1 m Redstart, 2 Raven, 2 m Cuckoo,1 f Cuckoo, 7  Wheatear, Meadow Pipits, 1 Willow Warbler and 2 Swifts. (C Buckland)
