Porthilly Point: 1 Sandwich Tern, 15 Mediterranean Gull, plus 54 Curlew at Porthilly Farm. (S Grose)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: Ryan’s Field – 2 Whimbrel, 3 Black-tailed Godwit (2 summer plum.), 6 Sandwich Tern, 1 Barnacle Goose (asleep in front of the Old Quay House an hour later), 1 Common Sandpiper and 8 Mediterranean Gulls among c200 Black-headed Gulls. Sennen Cove: 8 Mediterranean Gulls (2 ad/s : 6 1st/s). 7 House Martins (2 adults appearing to teach their 5 juveniles lessons in clinging to Lifeboat Station window surround – adults reared them at nearby terraced cottage). (J Hawkey)

St. Gothian Sands LNR: Wood Sandpiper briefly at 10:30, flew off high west. (S Kolodziejski)

Downderry: 1 Great Northern Diver flew east early this morning, followed by two moving west. Also 2 Mediterranean Gulls in area. (A Payne)

Cape Cornwall: Small passage of 9 Med Gulls north past Cape Cornwall in a fresh northeasterly 09:30-11:00 this morning including six superb adults. (N Wheatley)

Padstow, Trethillick Farm: 2 male Yellowhammer, 2 Corn Bunting, 2 released Grey Partridge with young. (S Grose)

Porth Reservoir: 5 Great crested Grebe (1 inexperienced pr have made a 4th nest on the open water, the previous 3 have been destroyed by Catfish).1 Kingfisher , 8 Bullfinch, 5 Chiffchaff, 1 Sparrowhawk. (S Grose)
