Late news, 2/9, Lizard: 1 Blue Fulmar, 1 Sooty Shearwater, 1 juv Pomarine Skua, 1 Balearic Shearwater amongst 300+ Manx Shearwater off Bass Point between  13:30pm & 16:15. Also 2 Yellow Wagtail over Lizard Point, plus 2 Raven, 10+ Wheatear in the area and Hummingbird Hawkmoth and Painted Lady at Bass Point Cottages. (P & C Brewster)

Polbathic Creek: 1 Pectoral Sandpiper  also 72 Redshank, 1 Curlew, 1 Greenshank, 1 Common Sandpiper. (A Blonden)

Lizard Peninsula: Dotterel flew east then west over old Lizard Head 7-55am and 8-03am (M Pass) then north over surfers car park at 8-10am (D Collins). probable Richard’s Pipit (Tawny not completely eliminated) flew from above Caerthillian towards Old Lizard Head at 9-20am and could not be refound (M Pass). Nightingale showing again Caerthillian (D Collins, M Pass), Osprey flew east past Bass Point 12-30 (M Pass ). Also 4 Tree Pipit, 9 Whinchat, 2 Spotted Flycatcher, 4 Yellow Wagtail, Reed Warbler(M Pass).

Drift Reservoir (members only): 3 Little Egret, 31 Teal, 11 Canada Goose, 1 Green Sandpiper, 4 Common Sandpiper, 28 Ringed Plover, 11 Dunlin, 120 Swallow, 60 House Martin, 2 Sand Martin. (D Flumm)

Trevescan: Rosy Starling reported at 09:29 and 2 Rosy Starling reported at 17:30.

Marazion Beach: juv Little Gull with gull flock at Red River mouth. (S.Cox)

Nanjizal: 179 new birds ringed including 34 Sedge Warbler, 12 Whitethroat,  3 Garden Warbler, 5 Grasshopper Warbler, 79 Blackcap, 12 Reed Warbler, 9 Willow Warbler, 3 Chiffchaff, 2 Pied Flycatcher, 1 Spot Flycatcher, 1 Tree Pipit.
