Marazion Marsh RSPB: 6 Grey Heron, 5 Mute Swan (plus 6 cygnets), 2 Canada Geese (plus 1 gosling), 11 Greylag, 8 Mallard (plus 3 well grown ducklings), drake Shoveler, 3 Moorhen, 2 Stonechat, 3 Reed Bunting, 5 Goldfinch, 3 Swift, 2 Swallow, 1 Sand Martin, 2+ Whitethroat, Reed Warblers and 3 Cetti’s Warbler. Kenidjack:Iberian Chiffchaff still by the engine shed. (L Proctor & V Stratton) Bee-eater over (heard only) and several Blackcaps. (V Stratton) The mobile Hawfinch also reported again.
Ludgvan: Red Kite flew west at 12:15 and then headed north. (R Menari et al.)
Hayle Estuary RSPB: 7 Oystercatcher, 2 Curlew, 1 Whimbrel, 4 sum plum Dunlin, 5 Shelduck ducklings and 1 Mistle Thrush on Lelant Saltings over high tide. (D Parker)
