Late News 03/02 Treraven Meadows: Still frozen, but female Kingfisher from the hide, 58 Teal, 2 Dunlin, 6 Meadow Pipit and 2 Grey Wagtail on the riverbank. (C Selway)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 1 Bittern (Longrock Pool), 1 Little Egret, 10 Grey Heron, 2 Cormorant, 8 Mute Swan, 1 hybrid goose, 17 Teal, 15 Mallard, 2 Gadwall, 2 Wigeon, 1 Coot, 23 Moorhen, 2 Little Grebe, 1 Water Rail, 3 Snipe, 1 Stonechat and 2 Chiffchaff. Also 51 Sanderling, 12 Dunlin and 2 Oystercatcher on the beach, plus 1 Common Scoter offshore. (D Parker)
Newlyn: Juv Glaucous Gull still in the harbour from 08:00 to 09:10 at least when it flew south. Also male Black Redstart and 2 Blackcaps in a private garden. (P St Pierre & L Proctor)

Carnon Downs: 2 Yellow-browed Warblers, at least one of which was unringed, 1 Water Pipit feeding on filter bed with Meadow Pipits, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2+ Siberian Chiffchaff, 3 Firecrest and 30+ Chiffchaff at the sewerage works between 09:00 & 10:45. (I Maclean)
