Par: We have had success again this year with Swifts breeding in our nest boxes. Of the four boxes on the house, three have been occupied by Swifts and one by Sparrows. I took the attached photo on the 1st August. After taking it, I discovered there were two babies in this box and I think that originally there were three because one was looking out some days ago and would have fledged before its siblings, I think. There were young in the other boxes, too, but they and their parents left a good fortnight ago. (C Bone)
