Pendower Beach to Porthbean Beach via Treluggan Cliffs: 60+ Gannet fishing in the bay, 2 Common Scoter, 6 Great Northern Diver, 1 Grey Wagtail, 1 m Stonechat, 1 Song Thrush singing, 1 Kestrel, 1 Buzzard, 2 Bullfinch (m&f), 7 Oystercatcher, 4 Grey Plover, 2 Curlew, 5 Turnstone, 3 Slavonian Grebe and 1 Long-tailed Duck. Gannel Estuary: 1w Ring-billed Gull late morning, c1000 Black-headed Gull, 5 Mediterranean Gull, 10 Little Egret, 17 Cattle Egret in the evening. (S Rowe, M Lammas)

Hayle Estuary RSPB Reserve: 1 Spoonbill, 1 Goosander, 30 Golden Plover, c60 Lapwing, 1 Bar-tailed Godwit, 1 Greenshank, 2 Grey Plover, c50 Dunlin on Estuary. 1 f Blackcap, 1 Coal Tit, 1 Goldcrest in lane behind Old Station House. Penzance, Jubilee Pool: 3 Velvet Scoter, 1 Red-necked Grebe, 5 Great Northern Diver offshore with c12 Purple Sandpiper on the rocks at low tide and 1 Pacific Diver reported (R Veal, M Spicer, T Mills)

Pendeen: 1+ Chough heard-only, 1 Raven. (A Hartley)

Kelynack: 1 Great Spotted Woodpecker in private garden, with 6 Long-tailed Tit.

Mousehole: 1 Eastern Black Redstart again today. (M Spicer, B Field, R Wilkins, T Mills)

Perranuthnoe: Hudsonian Whimbrel again at Boat Cove.
