Goss Moor: A total of 67 new birds ringed. 4 Willow Warbler, 1 Chiffchaff, 28 Blackcap, 15 Garden Warbler, 2 Sedge Warbler, 1 Willow Tit and 1 Kingfisher (first for the site). Also one juvenile Hobby over. (P Roseveare)
Buttermilk Hill/Rosewall Hill: 1 female Marsh Harrier, 60+ Linnet in a pre-migratory creche with largely young birds second-brooded, 12 Whitethroat, 2 Willow Warbler, 2 Stonechat. (V Stratton)
Kennack Sands: a white Sand Martin, seen several times down on the second beach. It was entering several nesting holes, and being seen off by the other birds with gusto! Never seen this before. (L Routh)
