Late News 12/09 St Mawes: 2 Sandwich Tern and 1 Med Gull. (A Nicholson)
Marazion Marsh RSPB: 3 Grey Heron, 3+ Little Egret, 2 Cormorant, 4 Mute Swan and 4 cygnets, 8 Mallard, 2 Teal, 6 ad Moorhen plus 15 young, 1 Little Grebe, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Reed Bunting, 4+ Stonechat including 2 adults, 1 juv Whinchat, 1 Chiffchaff, 3 Cetti’s Warbler, Reed Warblers and Sedge Warblers. Kynance: A large juvenile Goshawk gave an exhilarating flying display along the north edge of Kynance valley late afternoon, Clouded Yellow also present.  (S Pilbeam)
Falmouth, Gyllyngvase Beach: 2 adult Med Gull, 3 Sandwich Tern, 2 Ringed Plover, 5 Turnstone, 12 Oystercatcher, 2 Curlew, 1 Little Egret and 1 Grey Heron at low tide. (J St Ledger)

Porthgwarra: Wryneck flew into 60 foot cover at 11:15 and a Tree Pipit over, Whinchat and 3 Chough.
Camel Estuary: 3 Pale-bellied Brent Geese and 65 Med Gulls at Padstow.
Longrock: Great Northern Diver still offshore.
