Late News 06/02 College Reservoir: The Tawny Owl found freshly dead possibly from drowning was ringed by A McGowan, aged as at least 3 years, sex unknown on 21-Aug-2011 at the same site. (D Chaney)

Marazion Marsh RSPB: 7 Mute Swan (including 1 immature), 4 Greylag, 2 Canada geese, 2 hybrid geese, 6 Mallard, 27 Teal, 2 Gadwall, 1 Cormorant, 2+ Bittern, 2 Little Egret, 12 Grey Heron, 5 Little Grebe, 2 Water Rail, 19 Moorhen, 2 Buzzard, 1 Sparrowhawk, c15 Snipe, 3 Oystercatcher, 1 Dunlin, 1 White Wagtail, 1 Stonechat, 20+ Chiffchaff and 1 Cetti’s Warbler.
