Scillonian crossing, Wolf Rock to Penzance: 4 Great Shearwater (inc 2 in Mounts Bay), 6 Sooty Shearwater, 5 Storm Petrel, 5 Great Skua, plus many thousands of Manx Shearwater, inc hundreds close in in Mounts Bay. (T Mills)

Mousehole: Peregrine hunting seabirds. Flew straight out to sea for over a mile just above wave height, went for a Storm Petrel, missed, and then after a Black Tern, missed and came back to land. Ignored the 1000 Gannets, 300 Kittiwakes, and 400 Gulls also feeding in the area. (D Eva)

Walmsley Sanctuary: 1 Hobby, 1 Peregrine (in the air at the same time!), 1 Buzzard, 5 Cattle Egret (including 2 juvenile), 13 Black-tailed Godwit, 1 Dunlin, 1 Green Sandpiper, 2 Little Egret, 2 Grey Heron, 2 Kingfisher, 2 Swift, 2 Mute Swan, 1 Little Grebe, 3 Moorhen, 1 Cormorant. Also Black-headed Gull, Great Black-backed Gull, Lesser Black-backed Gull, Herring Gull, Carrion Crow, Gadwall, Wigeon, Shoveler, large flock of 50+Canada Goose, numerous Swallows and House Martins.
