Late news, 16/9 Marazion Beach: 21 pale-bellied Brent Geese at 17.00. Also 9 Sanderling, 8 Dunlin, 28 Turnstone, 22 Ringed Plover. Also Wheatear on Marazion Marsh. (A Nicholson)

Late news, 16/9 Ryan’s Field, Hayle: 7 Sandwich Tern over and 7 Bar tailed Godwit at high tide. (A Nicholson)

Late news, 17/9 Tresillian River: 2 Kingfisher chasing each other at Tresemple Pool. 2 Common Sandpiper, 1 Whimbrel. (A Nicholson)

Late news, 18/9 Tresillian: significant movement of Swallows flying up the river at 19.30 for several minutes, as many as a thousand birds in the flock. Also 3 Common Sandpiper. (A Nicholson)

Davidstow airfield: 1 juv Buff-breasted Sandpiper still present also 1 Yellow Wagtail also good numbers of Dunlin and Common Ringed Plover.  (P Ash).  Please respect other users of the airfield and keep the runways clear.

Crowdy Reservoir: 1 Caspian Gull reported.
