Downderry: seawatching before 0735 included 1 Great Northern Diver and 1 Red-throated Diver (both west), 7 Kittiwake (all east), 8 Common Scoter (3 east and 5 west) and 150+ Manx Shearwater (76 east and 87 west). (A Payne)

Bodmin Moor (Minions to Withybrook Marsh): Cuckoo, Whinchat, Redstart, 2 families of fledged Wheatear plus a pair feeding young at the nest, 3 Stonechat families, 2 Yellowhammer, Reed Bunting, numerous Willow Warbler, Raven family, Buzzard, plus numerous Carrion Crow, Meadow Pipit and Skylark.
