Ladock Wood: 2 Crossbill, 6 Siskin, 2 Treecreeper and 1 Marsh Tit (D Eva)
Devoran Quay: 1 Common Sandpiper, 9 Whimbrel, 2 Sandwich Tern, 3 Bar-tailed Godwit, 55+ Redshank, 4 Greenshank, 14 Dunlin, 32 Oystercatcher and100+ Curlew, at high tide this morning. (J St Ledger)
Marazion Marsh RSPB: 4 Mute Swan, 13 Mallard, 1 Cormorant, 8 Moorhen and 4 young, 9 Grey Heron, 5 Little Egret, 3 Sum Plum Black-tailed Godwit, 3+ Green Sandpiper, 1 Wood Sandpiper, c10 Swallow, 1 Reed Bunting, 3 juv Stonechat and 2 Cetti’s Warblers plus Reed and Sedge Warblers. Also c20 Crossbills commuting between the pines by Cheshire Homes and the pines by the boardwalk over the railway, apparently coming down to drink by the benches along Red River.
