Maer Lake: 1 juvenile Mediterranean Gull (for at least 2 hours, mid-morning), 2 Common Snipe, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 6 Dunlin, an afternoon gathering of 200 Swallow, 25 Sand Martin, 10 House Martin and 4 Common Swift, feeding on flying ants. (S Gale)
