St Buryan: Adult Rosy Starling reported in a private garden at 07:00. (per P Taylor)

Goss Moor: 1 singing male Willow Tit, 1 Lesser Whitethroat. (B Bosisto , L Payne)

Tresillian River:  19 Curlew, 1 Black-tailed Godwit, 3 Redshank. (P Pearson)

Trevethow Riel, next to Waitrose in Truro: Developers (instructed by the Duchy ) have installed 71 Swift boxes into the walls of the new houses around the estate. There will eventually be another 50 boxes when all the building is complete. No Swifts this year but at least 10 have been used by House Martins, 5 have been used by House Sparrows and 1 by Blue Tits.  Interestingly the House Martins have partially blocked the entrance holes with mud. Rock Helipad Field: 1 Mistle Thrush, 1 Sparrowhawk with prey, 40+ Linnet, 2 Buzzard.

Porthilly Point: 5 Mediterranean Gull. (S Grose)

Hayle Estuary RSPB: 32 Med Gull, 94 Curlew, 2 Whimbrel and 3 Redshank on Ryan’s Field over high tide. (P St Pierre)

Helston: Presumed escaped male Ferruginous Duck still on the boating lake, also 2 Common Blue Damselfly and 2 Red-veined Darter. (DK Parker)

Nanquidno: Red-veined Darter at Nanjulian. (D Flumm)

Bugle: Male Blackbird took newt sp from garden pond and pecked it until it stopped wriggling and then flew off with it. (J.Moore)

St Clement: 44 Redshank, 1 Greenshank, 11 Comon Sandpiper, 1 Black-tailed Godwit. (R Augarde)
