Walmsley Sanctuary: Spoonbill still at 07:52.

Hayle Estuary, Lelant Saltings: 14 Common Gull, 3 Med Gulls, 21 Bar-tailed Godwits, 32 Curlew, 2 Greenshank, Spoonbill (later on Copperhouse Creek), 6 Grey Plover, 40+ Dunlin, 16 Redshank, 12+ Teal, 60+ Wigeon. Mawgan: 1 male Brambling, 1 Nuthatch and 1 Blackcap in garden. Also 1 Firecrest at the top of lower lane around the horse stables.  Up to 2 Firecrest have been present here all winter, almost always in the same small stretch of hedge. (P. Bedford)
