Hayle Estuary: 20 Bar-tailed Godwit, 2 Ruff, 19 Dunlin, 1 Little Stint, 1 Greenshank and 1 Kingfisher on Ryan’s Field. 1 Gadwall, 6 Greenshank, 1 Clouded Yellow, 1 Stoat on Lelant Saltings. Crowdy Reservoir: 1 Spotted Sandpiper showing well on the banks of the reservoir on the north side c. 400 yards from the car park. Also 3 Wheatear, 1 Sparrowhawk, 1 Raven over.  25+ Goldfinches, 15+ Linnets, 1 Mistle Thrush. St Clement: 2 Cattle Egret still at Menadews Farm. Also 1 Osprey at Heron Inn.

Ruan Lanihorne: 1 juv. Purple Heron still at Sett Bridge this evening.

Rame: 150+ Meadow Pipits at the head this morning. 1 Red -breasted Flycatcher on lower footpath behind coast guard cottages, flew to bottom garden but could not re-find it. 1 Pied Flycatcher and 1 Spotted Flycatcher in lane from church, 3 Firecrest and a good number of Goldcrest. Large numbers of Swallows and House Martins easting early morning. (C Buckland,  M Beer)

Kingsmill Lake: 2 Curlew Sandpiper, 1 Knot, 1 Snipe, 1 Sandwich Tern,  30+ Greenshank , 15 Little Egret, 1 Kingfisher,  13 Black-tailed Godwit, and many gulls mostly Black-headed. (K Baum)
